HabuMidu is an on-the-ground mission support service for international business operations, based in Kocaeli/Marmara, Türkiye.

2. Data collected

When you fill out the mission request form, we collect: company name, contact person, email, phone, mission country and city, service type, desired deadline, budget indication, mission description and any uploaded files.

3. Use of data

We use the collected data only for mission feasibility assessment and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties unless the mission requires it.

4. Legal notices

HabuMidu does not act as a customs broker. Customs clearance is coordinated with locally licensed customs agents.

HabuMidu does not guarantee customs clearance, purchase decisions or deal outcomes.

HabuMidu does not perform legally binding actions without a separate power of attorney.

We do not accept transport of prohibited or high-risk goods.

5. Pricing

All prices are starting prices. Final pricing is set after the initial consultation. Travel expenses are separate and the client pays them in advance.

7. Cookies and campaign measurement
